Dean Johnson opened this show. He's been a long term friend of Wet Wet Wet, supporting them on their Wets' Do It Again Tour in 2004. The lads, particularly Graeme Clark, have worked quite closely with Dean over the years. Both Graeme and Marti doing backing vocals on Dean's '98 album - Multi Stories.

Following Dean's set, the manager of the Hard Rock Cafe and a lady from Century FM took to the stage to auction a guitar that had been signed by Wets, raising £1,200!

Then it was time for Wet Wet Wet!!!!

As always they gave a superb, energetic performance! Opening with Love Is All Around was a great move as it really got the crowd going. This was the first time that many fans had heard the songs from Timeless performed live and they all went down exceptionally well!

When Marti started singing 'With a Little Help', just gently with no music as he did at Newmarket, all the crowd joined in. Graeme C played his bass just a little while Marti stood with his hands in his back pockets, listening to the crowd and looking very pleased!

Everyone had a wonderful time and went home very happy!!
